How do I change my invoice template and color?

Invoice Simple gives you several options to change the general appearance of your invoices. There are multiple template options to choose from and you can even customize the template color. Here’s how to do that.

Start by creating an invoice and hitting the Preview tab. At the bottom of the preview page, you will see the Template button.

Alternately, if you are editing an invoice from the Web App, you will find the template edit box on the right hand bar. Hit Customize to starting editing your Template.

Hitting this button will take you to a page where you can select which template you would like to use. You will have four options available to you.

Classic

Compact

Clean

Sharp

Additionally, there are three templates that are accessible to you if you have a premium subscription.

Redmond

Bold

Wave

Once you have chosen your template, hit the Style tab. At the bottom of the page, you will see where you can customize your invoice color.

If none of the preset colors suit your needs, hitting the paint brush icon will let you choose a custom color by hexadecimal code.
